  • Egg 750 g

Flour, starch, salt, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, E433, E472, skimmed milk, emulsifiers, raising agent, humectants, nature-identical chocolate flavor, cocoa, colorant

Packaging

10kg (22 lb.) well-closed bags

How To Use

  • Mix the liquids (eggs – water) in a mixing bowl at high speed until they reach  the needed volume
  • Add the sponge vanilla cake powder periodically to the mixture at low speed for a minute
  • Increase the speed of mixing for 5-6 min
  • Put the mixture in the molds
  • Bake at 180 C for 30-40 min
