Great product for glazing, decorating fruit salads, puddings, ice-cream and all kinds of confectionery products.

Ingredients

 Ingredients : water, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm) 23%, sugar 11%, milk protein, stabilizers: Е420ii, Е463; emulsifiers: Е472b, soya lecithin (E322), Е472e; acidity regulators: E339, E340; salt, flavouring, colouring agent: Е160а.

Storage

Store at: from 4°С to 20°С. For best results in the case of whipping cool the product down before use from 6°С to 8°С. After opening store in a fridge and use within 3 days.
