Ingredients needed to prepare 1 kg of this

Flour, cornstarch, skim milk, baking powder, glucose, vanilla, E472, sugar, E450.salt, Cocoa, flavor.

10kg (22 lb.) Well-closed bags

Mix the liquids (eggs – water- oil) in a mixing bowl at High speed until they reach the needed volume
Add the muffin powder periodically to the mixture at low Speed for a minute
Increase the speed of mixing for 2 (DO NOT OVERMIX)
put the mixture in the mold
Bake at 180 C for 20-30 min
